Mathematics Teaching Position
Gilmour is seeking a talented full-time Upper School instructor in Mathematics for the 2024-25 academic year with whom Gilmour’s mission and vision resonate. We are seeking an experienced educator with a strong educational background, exemplary teaching skills, a commitment to facilitating the growth of each student, and a desire for ongoing professional collaboration and growth. Successful candidates will have energy, enthusiasm, and experience in teaching all levels of Mathematics, from pre-algebra to Calculus, and AP Statistics. An advanced degree in Mathematics is desirable.
Hold applicable Ohio licensing/certification
Think creatively and progressively about instruction in mathematics
Have the ability to produce significant gains in student outcomes.
Be enthusiastic about educating young people in the Holy Cross tradition.
Desire to work meaningfully with colleagues in professional development, with a focus on integrating instructional technologies across academic disciplines and divisions.
